1. Are you a Mormon?

Yes, I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  The term Mormon is a nickname as is the term LDS, which are both okay to use when referring to my religion.
   

2.  Is this site connected with the Mormon Church?

No, absolutely not!  This is my site, based upon my research and writing. I’m not promoting or distracting from the Mormon Church.

3.  Do all Mormons (LDS) believe this theory?

This is really a non-issue.  As a Mormon I can honestly say that theory behind this book is made up and there is no grand conspiracy.
       

4.  Do you believe in UFO’s?

Yes, I believe that there is life on other planets.  However, I have many reservations about alien abductions and the majority of UFO sightings.  
 

5. Do Mormons believe in UFO’s?

There are several references within the book and I think plainly state that God made many worlds and those worlds have people on them.  Now, are the lights in the sky, the abductions and other UFO artifacts and testimonies real?  I doubt my church has an official stance on this.
 

6. How did you come up with the idea for this book?

Two events gave me the fertile ground to write this story.  First I read the account of Udo Wartena in James L. Thompson’s book Alien Encounters. This is the basis for my prologue.  Then I happened upon a television program on the Discovery channel about UFO.  They had a segment that talked about the implications of Alien first contact. They interviewed a local Bishop of a church and he made the comment that the LDS, who believe on life on other planets, would not have a problem with aliens from another world.  Those two events, isolated as they where, gave me the idea for the book.
 

7. If Romney wins, do the predictions of the Conversion Conspiracy come true?

Win or lose, the book is still a good read.
 

8. Why are you doing this?

From my youth I have been interested in mysteries (UFO’s and Bigfoot).  I, miss the X-files.   I’ve spent a considerable amount of time researching Bigfoot and UFO’s in reading what others have to say.  I want to offer up my contribution through fictional supposition.
